Explain to me the wednesday HR thing?

I've heard tell that HR will see you on Wednesdays if you were to drop in. Who exactly will see you and apart from the obvious "showing interest" how does it help? Business casual for the dress code?

Dave Pobran is his name. It's a super guy to talk to, very easy going and truly genuine about everything. Depending on how busy everyone is your tour could include dispatch, the office with random meetings of the CP and DFO, the hangar with any planes that might be in, the sim with a tour of the cool toys they have. Try and contact him before you head in because he's not in every Wednesday, so it would suck to fly out there and not have him to talk with.
