Just curious, do many people seem to get turned down by WestJet after they do their initial panel interview?
What seem to be the main reasons for being turned down?
Rejection
Moderators: sky's the limit, sepia, Sulako, lilfssister, North Shore, I WAS Birddog
More people did in the past but they seem to have this matrix thing doing a lot of pre-screening, I don't hear of too many PFO's.
The previous people doing interviews were just a tad disorginized and rather embarrasing, but the 'new team' seems much better and are held in very high respect by their peeers already working for WestJet. I understand the training department has a much better success rate from it too.
