I will tell you what I was told to expect from them.
Promises, Promises, Promises!
I was told that they will probably say "come fly for us, You can instruct until the next Kingair groundschool & then we will put you on the king. And shortly after that on the 1900" I was told to exect to be stuck instructing & not get any of the rest.....Like everything I read here on Avcanada I took that with a grain of salt. I applied & was offered a job (based just on my resume, not interview aparently needed
) The Job offer was "come fly for us, You can instruct until the next Kingair groundschool & then we will put you on the king. And shortly after that on the 1900" I turned it down becuase it sounded identical to what I was told to expect, & I didn't want to go out there & find out that the part about broken promises was also true.
That being said, take what I say with a grain of salt becuase I have NO PERSONAL experience with them....Just know them by their reputation

I got the same offer as above, i took it with a grain of salt and accepted it, if in a year i'm not seeing King Air at the time it was promised to me, i'll take the experience i've gained (at 6-700 hours a year that'll put me at the 900-1000 mark.) and i'll find someplace that will give me the right seat in a twin turbine.

Well it's quite simple really, it's easier to find pilots to fly the king air and 1900 than it is to find instructors. So they give these instructors something to dream about and they come and wait. It doesn't usually take them long to figure out whats really going on. It used to be easy because the instructors were from the rock but now they need to attract mainlanders.

Something about a component not seeming to be operating properly to Pat. Safety First.Cat Driver wrote:What happened to the PBY that was going to fly to Ireland?
What you need to know is, how to get what you need to know.
This is not a retreat. Its an advance to the rear.
There are only 10 people in this world. Those that understand binary and those that don't.
