I don't get how a twin engine helicopter would have that much trouble with an engine failure?

Looks like one engine quit abd before the pilot had time to react the machiene had setteled and damaged the tail rotor, pilot pulled power and then had no tail rotor to conter the torque, turned into a spinning top. Too bad he wasnt higher when it quit.

Looks like the initial water contact broke something in the tail rotor drive, that's why it spun.... Shitty.
