Anyone with any insight as to why Cargojet is hiring so much and what are they like to work for (pay, benefits etc)?

Well it is growing steady, pay is same as KFC/ Air Transat/ benefits are OK, pension plan is almost done (matching RRSP). It is good place to work. What are you M, S or E?
