Central Mountain Air/Air Georgian Interview
Hey, I have been searching, but had a hrad time finding anything useful. Is there anyone recently had an interview for a direct entry flying position at CMA or AirGeorgian.
Just looking for any info regarding what to expect for the interview so that I can prep myself.
Thanks

I said something stupid and needed to be edited. Someday, I'll grow a brain.
Re: Central Mountain Air/Air Georgian Interview
Georgian will ask you what you know about the company, what you want from them, and your career. It's mostly a get to know you type thing. The guy that asked the totally random questions has now left the building, so you should be safe. Just go in and be yourself. If they've called you for an interview they already deem your qualifications good enough to hire. You just need to show them that you'll fit in.

GGN is doing interviews now? You mean you're not getting hired over the phone?

For Georgian, knowing things such as where they have bases; it is a seniority system; they have an "association" instead of a union (same thing, really); maybe try to learn some of their routes. Just prove to them that you've done some research and that you want to be there. (At the end of mine they asked me about de-icing procedures and fluids, but that was a few years ago now, and not typical from what I understand)

CMA was straight out of Checklist For Success, right down to the interviewer styles.
