I just had the pleasure of being flown to YVR by one of Canada's finest.
That I was terrified and screaming like a little girl the entire way is niether here nor there, and was not his fault at all.....
To make up for the non-existant in-flight service, he even took me for lunch afterwards. What a guy!
Helluva guy, doing a helluva job.

I resent the title of this thread...everyone knows that I am the greatest 1900 driver of all time...
Since i am charitable, I will allow him to have the title of 'best in YVR'....
Ain't I generous

Sorry Steve,
It's not just about the hands and feet, truth be told, his co-joe actually flew. It's ALL about the extras....
If you're up for buying dinner, I'd be glad to change my opinion though.

Seeing as there's a good chance it was a "c", you could be the best 1900D driver?
...only because I don't fly it anymore though

Seeing that he is an ex-instructor/CFI I guess that means not all instructors are idiots.

Good lord, and they still let us in the restaurant????
It was nice of him to help me with my bags, but the rampie at Air Canada later on had the Bomb Squad called out for a "suspicious substance." Turns out it was just excess hair gel....

Now now, I never claimed anything here, I put on my 1900 on, one shoulder strap at a time, just like everyone else.
STL, why don't you take me for spin in one of those helicopters, I'll show you how its really done.

I had the pleasure of having him as my instructor a few years back. Great guy. If you ever get back to YYC, give me a shout so we can chat.
Have a good one!

I think . is the best at whatever he is doing at that very moment, being it driving a 1900, making sweet love to a woman or cooking a hamburger...
and hes the only man I know who can do all three at once.

. norris doesn't drive a 1900, a 1900 catches a ride from . norris.
and scuba: i don't know if you are the best 1900 driver, but many would say you are the best getaway driver.
i hope you are keeping an eye on donno, steve. he has only recently been emancipated and is not used to having so much freedom. he may be looking for a belt to grab:
be that belt.

Hey buddy, my getaway driving skillz trump my 1900 skillz anyday...and no worries I took dono under my wing and hes been drinking from the firehose ever since..he still looks like a deer caught in the headlights whenever we get him down to the red mile, but he'll be good with time.
I think its the lack of a greasy paddy melt in a good month + that has him so fucked up.
