Who's offering the best benefit package in Manitoba?
What coverage does your employer offer you for health & dental?
Is this a contributory plan, 25%, 50% 75%, 100% ?
any group RRSP or other pension benefits?
who is not offering any benefit to his employees? to my knowledge out of Winnipeg, Fast air and Northway are the only ones , who am I missing?
Cheers

75% at the 'ol flying dream catcher.
Some sort of pension plan, and finally updated the pay scale for decent pay.

"dream catcher" he means Missinippi use to be called beaver air out of The Pas and Thompson. When I was there they offered really good benefits, something like 80-90% for health and dental, they even had eye care on there. They also ended up coming out with a pension plan, the company puts in a good percentage, I forget the exact amount.

Excuse my massive ignorance, but health insurance is getting to be a huge issue here in the States and your national plan is always held up as the one to follow. I thought you all had free health care provided by the government, covered by your taxes. So how does a company add anything by offering 50% health coverage or whatever??? Or are you getting an additional benefit for better service or something. Enlighten me oh Avcanadas!!! Quick before I do something stupid like vote for Hillary.

Well our health care system dosent cover perscription drugs. So instead of me paying a crap load of coin for antibiotics the company covers 90% or even 100% of the cost. There is also other benefits covered by your company such as physiotherapy, chiropractor, massage therapist, even to the point of covering anti smoking drugs. Basically all the stuff that isnt covered under our health care system.

Stinson, most of the health expenses are covered by the government but not the dental expenses and some emergency services...
So it is still a better service than in the US...
Good to see a Bush operator like Missinipi taking care of his people
