Incident at YVR march 23

Heard throught the grapevines today that on sunday the 23rd a jazz RJ powered out of one of the 38 gates. The resulting jet blast blew a baggage cart into the terminal and narrowly missed seriously injuring some rampies. Info is third hand word of mouth but something definitley happened.

Jet blast combined with 35-40 kt winds.
