Can anyone give an up to date pay scale, working conditions, sched rotation, living expenses break down in the maldives?

And is there anything left there to fly?

14 of the 15 aircrafts were in the air when the tsunami hit, they lost that 15th one however, all the personnel were ok but the rest of the Maldivians weren't so lucky. Not much prospect there right now, maybe it should get better again in a couple of months.
