Glider Plane Sightseeing Flight
Hi my name is Mike and I just came back today from my first plane flight in my life on a Piper Warrior from Hamilton Airport Ontario. Wow it was that a hell of a time, surprisingly relaxing. Anyways I was woundering if there is any place in Ontario that would or could take me out on a glider plane, for sightseeing or whatever?
Any info would be great
Thanks Mike

Check out the web site. Call the number. You'll find it better than power flying! It's right up your ally if you flew out of Hamilton as SOSA is just west in Rockton, Ontario. This is my club, but I can't personaly take you flying as I won't be around much this year. The season is just starting up and will be kicking off in late April/Early May. Hope for days with nice puffy cotton ball clouds with flat bottoms and you're laughin.
You will seriously enjoy it!
PM me if you need any further details.

Thanks alot Im diffintely going to check it out, I really was surprised how much I enjoyed flying considering I have never even been in any sort of plane in my life. I figure that the glider sure would be a enjoyable ride.

Then when you're ready for a thrill, stop by SOSA on a Wednesday afternoon and ask for Scott and the Puchacz

You may also consider York Soaring Association (YSA). At the address above you may find useful information about the introductory flight (or flights - few other oprions are available).
YSA is located on HWY 109, 30km West of Orangeville, just East of Arthur. If you're interested, have more questions about this club, or any other question about soaring, you're welcome to PM me.
