Ok I need some basic performance numbers,
Can somebody with a POH available do some basic calcs for me.
Gross Weight
PT6A-42's
Full Fuel
1500nm
Zero Wind
FL250
What is the fuel burn total/per hour cruise
Time, fuel, to climb from 4000' ASL
Time, Fuel to descent 500'ASL
ETE
I just need the basic numbers I'm trying to figure out the fuel cost and time
Thanks

Re: King Air 200
Come on there has to be a bored Medi pilot sitting around bored on call somewhere, Anyone?
Ok if the entire math is hard fine, how about just the fuel burn at FL250?

Re: King Air 200
750lb/hr with the -42's! 700lb/hr with the -41's! Hope that helps.
Re: King Air 200
those are some pretty high fuel burns. I would say more like 600lbs/hr up high.
Re: King Air 200
750 1st hour, 700 2nd hour, 650 3rd hour--I don't provide figures past the third because my bladder is not big enough. With limited experience on the 41, I would feel save knocking 50lb/hr off of the figures above.

Re: King Air 200
Did someone call for a bored medevac pilot?
You couldn't make those engines burn 750#/h at 250 if you had a fuel leak and the boost pumps on...I think you're talking block burns for planning?
@ 250 you can burn 380#/h and true 185 KTS, or you could burn 600 and true 250 ish.
Time to climb you're looking at 15 min in the winter and 20 in the summer. As for descent fuel just plan cruise numbers. I use 800# for the first hour then 700 an hour in the high teens, 600 in the low 20's and 500 at 250 - 280 (if your model allows it).
Anybody got an AFM handy to give more accurate numbers? 1500 nm range would be tough to do. YEV to YXD was 1147nm I think and we could only go direct with good winds and yeg for an alternate. On the return flight Tuk had to work or you'd have to re fuel on the way, but it's been a while since I had the great pleasure of acrtic medevacs.

Re: King Air 200
Normal cruise @ 1700 rpm at FL250 we burn around 580lbs an hour on the -42. TAS 272.
Is dat Pan Am on the runway, Isn't that veird?
Re: King Air 200
FL 250 isn't very economical. Get up around FL280, and power back a bit, and you get 240 TAS with 500 LBS/HR with -41. Those are numbers I got on older 200's with belly pods.

Here's the numbers you were looking for:
Normal Cruise (1900lbs tourque/1700RPM)
650lbs/hr at ISA fuel burn
288KTAS
1420nm range
11min and 140lbs to FL250 @ISA
18min (1500ft/min) and 150lbs
Max Range Cruise (1150lbs/1600RPM)
450lbs/hr @ISA
225KTAS
1680nm range (w/ 45min reserves)
This is for a B200 with all the Raisbeck addons (strakes, RARS kit, props, and leading edges) with -42 engines. Hope this helps.

Re: King Air 200
Thanks Guys
as much as the numbers differ they seem to match the average I had come up with.
Now one more question for you guys, what would you expect to get paid to be a corporate pilot on one? F/O and Captain 500 hours/year
