The salary ranges from minimum wage, to over 80K per year at AC.

WJ - 40 - 60ish, living in Calgary
Jazz 30 - 60ish, living in Halifax
AC 50 - 60ish, living in Toronto

If you want good experience, and a good place to start, consider Skyplan in YYC. There is another company in YYC called Colt, but I don't know anything about them.
