Multi IFR Training - Audio Books, DVD, Videos, etc.

Hi Guys,
i want to prepare for my Multi IFR Written here in Canada. Does anyone ever used the Kings DVD's?
Or does anyone know if the KINGS Training Material is suitable for the Canadian IFR Rating?

Does anyone know of any other interactive study matierial that works for the Canadian Licenses?

Has anyone ever used the KINGS or any other interactive Study Material? How well does it prepare you?
Is it worth the money? Because, they're not cheap.
