I have never worked for any of them but I've never heard anything bad about Keewatin. I have heard alot of bad things about Keystone.

I'll never forget Yukon Wings even though they died, my life's gonna be too short to hate them to my liking

avoid keystone like the plague.
Isn't Keystone the poster child for SMS in 703?
Therefore they must be the most sought after place for pilots who want a safe professional company culture.

Stay away from the Keystone Clowns. Taking off in 1/8 sm (NOT localized) in blowing snow isn't funny.

Keystoned: worst company to work for. You will be in court once you leave them. One way or another, you will end up in court.
FastAir: don't know much about them, so ask around. To be fair, I heard they're an ok place to work at.
Keewatin: heard nothing but good and positive things about them.
I say again, avoid keystoned. Buyer beware.

Having spoken to several pilots from all 3 companies, Keystone by far has the worst rep of all.
FastAir seems like a good place and the pilots seem generally happy. Out of the 3, Fastair would be my choice.
I'd still pick Perimeter out of any of those places though- makes the commute from shamattawa a lot easier

I worked for Perimeter and my girlfriend worked for FastAir...both outfits are pretty good. Crap sked at FastAir for F/O's though.

You would think Keystone would be a great place for a pilot, all the money they save on doing maintenance, and you know carrying extra fuel causes you to burn more fuel, so I am sure all those savings are passed on to the pilots right?

If you don't mind waking up in a comma on logan ave or need practice implementing your stress managment skills keystone is the way to go, if you have low time.
Fast Air is okay if you like building time and doing maximum duty days.
Keewatin is okay if you like flying around in the arctic doing 1/2 mile vis takeoffs in snow storms.
But pick your cancer, I would personally perfer to fly either of the later two, As I don't like get blisters from crossing fingers each time I apply power for a takeoff!

Before considering any of the above companies I would talk to people from all and I would also review the tread from "General Comments" on "global report on pilot flight duty times" and make sure that if any are doing medivac operations that this doen't apply to them.
