I have always liked both Trek and Wars. Right now more Wars than Trek. Or until the new movie starts.

Star trek was always nerdy, and always will be. Star wars was nerdy, but then really cranked up the suck on the new ones. At least Star Trek has kept its dignity. Can't wait for the movie.

No sling shots around the sun to do time travel. I've never EVER seen star wars do time travel in an x-wing, destroyer, etc.

Star trek has 5 show spin offs [classic,next gen, ds9, voyageur, cartoon]. Star wars has a nice cartoon series [clone wars].

Holodeck anyone? That alone kicks star wars to hell. I don't see any holodecks on the death star I/II. Maybe it was

hiding.
