which oppotunity u would choose?

Post by lucktree »

Now I have two choice
1 already get one offer which from a small company far away, like vancouver
2 get a notice saying want to interview me from one big company inside my province
would you go to small company and work first or give up the offer and wait for the big company. :?:

some things to consider.... you know what they say about a bird in the hand... is it worth it to turn down a firm offer for potential?

Is this for a flying job? Would you be spending time on the ramp first at either of the companies?

Can you afford to live in YVR? It's beautiful, yes - a great city, yes. But you need to be realistic, too.

Don't forget to look at the situation from all perspectives. Make a list of pros and cons or something.

YVR is great but as mentioned very pricey. I imagine your friends and family are all in your home province, it would be much easier to stay in your own province instead of move accross the country. Can you postpone a response to the offer and call the place you have an interview to speed the process up a bit? If you explain the situation they should understand.
