I work for ASA part of Delta and I am thinking of moving back to the GTA and was wondering if there any other pilots on this board that commute stateside.
Obvious questions
1. Airport parking pass
2. Canadian residency
3. Taxes
4. Drivers license
Advantages.
If anyone has any thoughts plase reply or private message me. thanks
Does anyone commute out of Toronto stateside?

I had heard of pilots that worked in the US but lived in Canada. There are also a few that I know who work in Canada, but live in the US.
Here are a few thoughts, not necessarily because I know anybody in your situation:
1. Airport parking pass
Generally, these are paid by the airline for their employees. Don't know if you can get one for your situation.
2. Canadian residency 3. Taxes 4. Drivers license
I assume you are a Permanent Resident or Citizen, and your situation refers to residency status. Generally, the place you reside determins your residency. This also dictates taxation and, questions like drivers licenses. If you are residing in Ontario, you would need to get an Ontario Drivers License and medical card. You will also be paying taxes here, although a tax treaty exists between the US and Canada-- so you will be paying to the IRS (because that is where you work), and you may be paying also to Revenue Canada. This is the way I understand it, but I may be wrong in some areas.
