ACPA vs ALPA

I saw part of an e-mail from ALPA yesterday saying that they will no longer support the lawsuit by the Air Ontario pilots against ACPA ( re Picher Award. 242 Squadron etc). Again, I only saw the first part of the message in the YYC crewroom, soooo Turdie wants to know the rest of the story. Is this lawsuit toast?

I thought ALPA pulled it's support for the lawsuit long ago.

It is actually old old news. ALPA never supported them. the lawsuit is out of pocket of those involved from the AO group.
