Is it just me that thinks french speakers talk waaaay too fucking fast?

I work with some, and besides their french not resembling anything I learned in school, hear on Quebec or French media, they talk friggin fast!

Maybe because it's takes about three times as many words per sentence to say the same thing in french as it does in english!

Seriously, what I just wrote above would fill half a page in a book!!! So, in order to fit it all in, in the same amount of time they have to speed it up a bit.
