A320 jobs...

Hello,
Across the globe, I can see many airlines are hiring First Officers with type rating and 100+ hours on A320. I would like to know that since I am not able to locate any airline hires without hours and type rating, what is the best and cheapest way to fly for an airline which is operating A320. Is there any way I don't have to spend $18,000.00 in Canada in order to get the rating and gain some few hours?

Is there any airline which hires me to fly without hours on this aircraft so that I can gain valuable experience?

Please let me know. Thank-you, Maaz Inam.

AC has 320's but you aren't going to start on that. How many hours do you have?
Cause if you're a CPL grad, prepare to be ambushed by everyone on here.

Just pay for the rating and the 100 hours. Hehehe...
No, don't do that.

How about when you find this magical Job you message me and tell me which one it is so I don't ever fly on it. Did your parents give you everything you wanted becuase you talk like a f&$king baby who doesn't want to work hard for something we take very seriously. GET SOME HOURS!

Best and cheapest dont go hand in hand..
Go north, work your ass off, get some bush flying experience, when you have Air Canada requirements, then apply. If they hire you, then you work there and wait til they can move you onto an A320. This is how it is in Canada. You don't buy your A320 ratings here.
