Are there any AME's here?
Avcanada is doing a poll in the general section. I know I'm not the only AME here.

Just registered so I can help get the numbers up a bit. I am an AME that goes on the road with the flight check Challenger, so if you see us come say hi and ask for Chris, chances are I'll be coming to ask for a herman or ladder somewhere soon.
Heading up north tomorrw, its warmer up there than it is down here.

Another one here... still looking for work in and around Calgary. Everybody wants apprentices (cheap labour) or require relocation to other parts of Canada (i.e. Cold Lake... ummm no) or lots of travelling to other parts of the world (getting too old for that s*^t)
Any info on work would help especially around Cowtown :)

Don't know what experience you have, but Peace Air was looking for people in YYC, and Nav Air might need guys there too. Are you M1 or M2 or both?Ducky wrote:Another one here... still looking for work in and around Calgary. Now now my fellow Canucks, don't sneer at our American brothers(and sisters!) there licence travels a hell of a lot better than ours in most instances. Great industry, I'm sorry that it's in a funk right now and it's not fair for the up and commers.
Well thats my bit
