You'd better learn the difference between part 4 and part 7. I think this 'school' needs to also.I have been told that i can operate off the OC of a flight school provided they are able to do charters/aerial work and willing to let me do so, is this true?

I was once told by an experienced instructor/pilot/aircraft charter business owner:
If you want to fly, be a pilot.
