Flight instructor in YUL

Good day,

I am presently rebuilding a C150 (expected to be completed in April or May) and I will be flying it from to YJN where I hope to keep it for a while. I was wondering if anyone had some recommendations on a flight instructor that does free lance instructing in the YUL area. I want to get my night rating. Bilingual instructor preferred.
