Some time ago, Professor Peter postulated that in any corporate structure, each person rises to his or her level of incompetence, i.e., keeps getting promoted to the level at which they no longer perform, and then stay there.

Any pilots here from Kitchener?

Past &/or present...

I hear different stories about that base and the 'cliques'...let's hear the gossip?

In what seems like a different life now, I worked there. All jobs prior and all I have had after only further show what a joke that AS was.
Managment has no respect for the crews.

Yup, what a joke AS is, good pay, scheduled days off, new machines and mgmt that actually follows the 703 rules. I sense some bitterness there someguy, you fired recently?

Nope..... Fired years ago.

For not being a company guy and not doing a 18hr day. Rules being followed were not the order of the day my friend. No days off, a roster that changed by the hour. and being forced to fly over legal duty were all part of my YKF Air Sprint reality.
