I was in one of the local shops to get some avionics work done on my own bird earlier this year and the local ga engineer was working on doing the SID on a 310. I asked him the same question so he pulled out a copy of the SID opened the cover and pointed to the effectivity. I can't remember the exact details but In a nut shell if they have lots of hours or years on them it would seem that it is applicable. It also depends on the particular model # etc. By the way, I would love to get my hands on a "for reference only" copy of the SID if anybody has a copy laying around that they are finished with. There seems to be lots of real inexpensive 310's around these days.
