hi. I need help finding the new law regarding commercial operators can also run thier engines on condition.

I don't believe it is a new law, as it has been around for a while.

It is in Airworthiness Notice B041.

Make sure you have it approved in your aircraft's maintenance schedule before putting it into practice. :wink:

Check out Airworthiness Notice No. B041. You should be able to find this on Transports website if you don't still have the hardcopy. It will also refer you to CAR 605.86 and Standards 625, Appendix C
