Anybody got any insight as to where someone might be able to find out where the Cadet contracts are awarded?

Where are you located?

Try CYKF, I know that last year and almost every year they get about 20 or so cadets. Lindsay flying club had a few last year as well. Not 100% sure if they got the contracts again...but it's a start. Good luck

I believe they do some of the Cadet training out of Campbell River on Vancouver Island.

Waterloo - Wellington Flight Centre at YKF is looking for a class 4/3 instructor if you are in that area (see job posting forum).

There are contracts all over the ccountry. Greenwood in NS. Linsday in ONT(just 1). Check ut Lins now. I hear they are looking for a few good men, now. Which can overflow to the summer contract.

Check Cedars near Montreal (english school)

half the training for bc is done out of courtenay air park, the other half parallel aviation does out of Campbell River. Both on Vancouver Island.
