Does a mild 'Mitral Valve Prolapse' have any impact on a pilot's medical?

I have Mitral Valve Pro-Lapse and I had zero problem with my Military Aircrew medical.

Is the Military Aircrew Medical for pilot's? Do you need a co-pilot with you?
