You have one or two. Just want to stimulate discussion - whats one of the little quirks you have on the radio that makes it "you"?
I'll get the ball rolling... on an initial call, if it's not too busy:
"Goooooooooooooooooooodmorning Turronacenner its . . ."

"Traffic NW of Iqaluit, GOOD MORNING (or GOOD AFTERNOON or GOOD EVENING etc etc). I think I've had 6 or 7 rounds of "good mornings" back at me sometimes. I also greet Montreal center with a Bonjour or Bonne Matin etc on first call. Just my little way of putting a smile on someones face when I fly.
Cheers,

When terminating VFR flight following (or while transiting through the TCA) I always thank the controller if it's not too busy. While not a quirk, most don't in my experience so makes me feel like I stand out.

I always say have a nice flight/day/evening/good morning and I sometimes imitate accents but that isn't on purpose haha.

Sometimes I ask, at the end of a position report on 126.70, if there are any 'conflictications.'

I think you missed the idea of this thread...

At my home field , when it is not busy, one of the controllers always wishes everyone a "good flight" after giving them their taxi clearance and he always sounds like he really means it.

I tend to not say the words between the other words in a sentence (nouns).
"London Tower C152 FESI ATIS G"
"FESI 8 north 2.5 inbound full stop last Waterloo"
I always tend to thank for services once terminating flight following. Habit more than anything.

I round out all my vowels so i sound like a game show host. There is a female controller in my sector that does the same thing when she answers the phone "wwwwiiiinipeg". Haa haa, makes me sound cheerful, or ridiculous...d.epends on your view!!

Call myself "We" sometimes even though I'm the only one onboard. Multiple personalities perhaps?

When doing circuits at night at small uncontrolled aerodromes:
" Imaginary (name of the lonely aerodrome) traffic, this c152 GZSR, talking alone mid downwind, for a touch and go on rwy 23. If any of you invisible guys are in my way, please advise zsr!"

If the frequency isn't too busy, I try to keep things light and friendly and sometimes add a little humour when appropriate.
For instance, there are some fun phrases when it comes to calling in with the ATIS.
Whiskey = booze news
X-ray = x-rated information
Recently I tried this one but I don't think anyone else got it. The information was Romeo and I was flying with my husband. So I called in to Terminal saying I had MY romeo. *shrugs*

Round here I've heard "We have India" get an extra "n" added to the end of the sentence. It's unprofessional and highly offensive though.

There's a Speedbird pilot who feels the need to say when he get's the chance "We have ATIS information ECHO.... ECHO!" on checking in with EGLL director.......
