I have called them last summer...
Mostly Kenyan pilots. You need the Kenyan license to work for them, and they don't pay for the conversion. They will hire Canadian pilots only if they can prove no Kenyan candidates meet the hiring minimums. They do have some Canadian pilots working for them (I think she told me 2 or 3) but they are captain with a LOT (she put the emphasis on LOT) of hours.
