class 4 instructor looking for work

I have a Class 4 instructor rating, and have called just about everywhere across the country. Im at my witz end trying to make a go of this indusrty. All the CFIs dont want to talk to you if you re a Class 4, only 3s and up.

Any Advice

Yo brother- Try the flight school in Linsday Ontario, they were looking last week, offered my buddy a job, but he oppted to go to Wassaya. They have the Cadet contract aswell. PM me if ya want any more info.

I worked at Lindsay last year with the cadets, the opening there this year is the spot I gave up as I found work closer to home, if you can get in there and work hard , you'll have a gr8 time, I loved every minute I was there, the CFI is a stand up guy, the other instructors play on the team and the owners were so kind to me. All the best to the one that gets in there.

You could also try one of the flight schools in CYKF, they always get alot of cadets every year and from what I understand hire a bunch of class 4's to teach them. Good luck!
