Since it has an airstrip, perhaps a bit of an aviation theme wouldn't be amiss. Perhaps throw a DHC-2 on a pedestal out front as a gate guardian, and re-brand it as "Beaver Ranch".

I wonder if they have any "openings" in the Training and Checking Division.

The Check Pilots at Moose Jaw have call signs that would fit in there perfectly .... "Snapper One Seven" for example ... LOL.

It might be time for me to come out of semi-retirement and take a more active role in maintaining quality assurance.
