not sure where the ones you mention come from or are made

but this company in nova scotia if you have a drawing or an idea can make you just about anything you want, they do an incredible amount of patches,heraldic, wings etc for the military as well

ive ordered from them previously

Don't know where other companies have them made, but Tally Ho custom makes wings for a number of airlines:

yes. canjet purchases their wings from dollargiant and westjet has their jackets tailored by Harley Davidson.
