Heard a rumor that in the last Federal budget that the Liberals cut the budget to the Complaints Tribunal to $0. They claimed in a diplomatic sense that 'it was a waste of money'.

I might vote Liberal - for once I agree with them.

The Complaints Commissioner's task is being taken over as part of the CTA's mandate. The Competition Bureau and tribunals are independant of this; different department, different mandate, same usefulness.
