Where is everybody?
It's a nice day at Boundary Bay... Doesn't anyone know there's a war on and we should fly as much as possible before the security games close us down?

Hmm is the flying club hurting for money or something?
On another note, is that new terminal in Boundary Bay completed for the Olympics?
Re: Where is everybody?
Hmm well I was number 6 in the Circuit yesterday at Gatineau and it was about -15C .. so perhaps we can ship a few people out your way.

Re: Where is everybody?
Swung by CZBB today to check out my new hangar on apron 3 - almost finished! CGTUM is still at Safari although they should have finished the work by now. I won't have much time for flying for the next few months anyway as work is super busy. IFR renewal is due this spring - do you do multi-IFR on Twinstar simulators?

Re: Where is everybody?
Sorry Mike, but I'm kind of poor recently so I have to save up a bit before I come by to check out the 4-seater.
Re: Where is everybody?
It's a general statement... We ticked over quite nicely, it seems our aeroplanes do a little more than the average around here.
What is needed is more enthusiasm in this business!
I'm also recommending it for VFR fun flying while the CF18s are patrolling the skies... I don't think they'll bomb Aberdeen Mall to stop us having some fun!
The Cardinal is dry this morning unlike a lot of the aeroplanes outside
I received an invite to the terminal Opening Celebration on 10th February, but I won't be here.
I think Boundary Bay is going to be a very quiet place during the Security Games...
I think that we need to build our little aviation community by being enthusiastic about it, have some fun and attract more people to it.
The Olympic crush on our activities can set an example to the authorities that could mean a lot of restrictions later on.
I'd hate to see our activities restricted in the way they are in PR China in the name of American security.
We need to make sure our operations are popular.

Yes. We've had quite a lot of business for the D SIM DA42 FTD renewing people's ratings. Mike does a very good job.IFR renewal is due this spring - do you do multi-IFR on Twinstar simulators?

All schools hurt for money, and the flying club here has a lot of aeroplanes sitting doing very little; they must be hurting!Hmm is the flying club hurting for money or something?
