FYI, "Lachute" means "The waterfall" - there are falls in the North River across the road from the runway.
you can find more information on Lachute Aviation at
www.LachuteAviation.com
we provide flight training for private, commercial, multi and IFR. the atmosphere is informal, although our instructors take their work quite seriously. our senior instructors have been doing this for many years and will help out when someone is having difficulty to get them up to standards.
we are 45 minutes north of Montreal, and just across the river from Hawkesbury in Ontario.
our results speak for themselves - all of our flight test candidates got their ratings or licenses in 2009.
we're 5 minutes or so from Mirabel Airport and can do almost any kind of IFR approach there or at Lachute Airport itself, and in IMC.
visit our web site, call us or come visit us.
