Pilot was Dr. Evan Zeiger a neurosurgeon who did his Fellowship - Department of Clinical Neurosciences, University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario, Canada, Cerebrovascular Research, 1980-81; Cerebrovascular Surgery, 1981.
North American SNJ-6 Texan N46LF was flying in a formation of five aircraft, when it crashed into the ocean killing the pilot and passenger.

The North American T-6 is actually called the Texan. It was called the Harvard in the UK and Canada. Did you mean the Piltaus/Beech/Raytheon Texan II? The "II" part pays homage to the original Texan trainer...which is also why Canada Calls them Harvard IIs.cpl_atc wrote:Looks like they're talking about one of the original T-6s, not to be confused with the Texan.

If you read the articles with the links above, you would know that the bodies of the male pilot and female passenger were recovered in 50 feet of water. Condolences to all affected by this.
