N173PA Gulfstream III in-flight window emergency . . .

N173PA Gulfstream III operated by Phoenix Air declared andemergency on March 13/10 and quickly descended; Click Here.

Aircraft was operating a Military flight carrying Hazmat 1.3c, (explosive propellant), flight attendant informed pilots of a 'window failure', the crew due to risk of depressurization, declared an emergency.

The window apparently remained intact, and pressurization was not lost.
