He has to sue the Sun- the abnormally prolonged lull in solar activity we currently experienced ( between solar cycle 23 ending a few years ago, and solar cycle 24 uncharacteristically refusing to start ) is screwing with the magma.

Depends on were you want to go.

Over LHR and most parts of Europe the ash concentration is forecast from Ground to FL200. In some areas it goes into the upper levels. So the problem is even taking off.

London Heathrow today is a blue, sunny sky but a very thin haze-- nothing unusual for people from the Middle East, but here it is not dust today.

From the looks of it, with the way things are going you might start cancelling flights in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland in a few days also.
