Free flightplanning: http://www.landings.com
Paid: Flightwizard: http://www.rontacolour.ca (great flight planning tools, digs up weather automatically, chart printout for route, W&B, fuel management, flight log and flight plan docs). Excellent program for around $100.

I saw Spock using one of those to calculate orbits on the 60's Star Trek, how do you expect a dumb pilot like me to use one??

I use Fltplan.com, the Canadian content is limited but increasing (I mostly fly into the US anyways), and it's free, unless you use their E-apis service which has an yearly subscription and works great. I have heard people speak highly of landings.com but have not used it enough to offer an opinion.
