Yep!
These idiots down here also take off with open o/h bins, etc. Emirates is better, but the pax probably did not wear belts while in flight.
We had a case a few years ago, between Kabul and Dubai, over Iran, in the summer. Three injured, the stress councillor was called...
It probably has to do with the heat...
