Maybe they should install more APUs, five isn't enough.
I'd be all over it if it was a power-out like on a fifth wheel. That way you don't have to hear the sounds, smell the smells, and share the air with the masses...

My guess is that the balcony is for the crew to cook kebabs for themselves while the pax are enjoying lunch at Burj Dubai!

Yes, taking in the lovely fountain shows over a 15yr old chardenay. and a bowl of beluga caviar as well.

But if it is anything like those little storm windows, it should have a max speed at which you can open it in flight.
