Can someone tell me if Borek now pays an Engineer a base salary when they are home.
Say you do 4 and 4 into Coppermine, what do you get when home?

Hard to believe, with all the machines and apparently Engineers to maintain them away from base there has not been one reply from them.

I believe that the engineers at Borek only get paid a day rate. The day rate kicks in the second they leave their home doorstep until they return home - the rotations are pretty much 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off - except for odd contracts, and some of the DC3T work - the Antarctic stuff would be 2 month long tours.
