Sully plays w. the video camera (ILS 23 @ YYZ)

This is vectors for the ILS onto 23 at Pearson a few days ago, I managed to wedge the vid cam against the front windshield fan to hold it steady. Pretty boring for those of you who actually fly there, but I was still happy with the result.

I added a song by Underworld to the audio because the wind noise against the windshield was annoying.

Vid is best viewed fullscreen at 720p, if your computer can handle the math.

You pretty much have to do trance music for a video that long...

Neat vid, but I always find it paradoxical how long an approach to landing feels in a jet compared to a piston plane.

Our beast is a citation 550, and the camera is a cheapo Kodak Zi-6, you can get em for less than 150 online.
