Vancouver/Victoria VTA

Does anyone have a copy of the Vancouver/Victoria VTA? If so, would they be so kind as to scan, or take a photo, of the chart with all the VFR reporting points and their lat/longs?

Its in a box that has "vfr call ups/checkpoints" as the title. Save me the $30 to buy a chart here in Toronto
