I've been on hold with the GTAA pass office now for over 40 minutes, my call is important to them! It's that lovely time in my life when I have to renew my RAIC pass.
i think the receptionist at the front desk of the pass office is the only person that answers the phone
next time i need to make an appointment i plan on visiting the office in person and when they tell me i have to make an appointment i'll stand in front of her desk and dial her number
We just received a memo saying that if you fail to appear for your "appointment" that they will charge you:
The GTAA’s fees are as follows:
Cancellation with less than 24 hrs notice: $ 28.25
Late arrival (more than 15 mins late): $ 28.25
No show: $ 56.50
Yet, when you have your "appointment" they make you sit for 45 minutes until you start the 45 minute process. Remind me of the old Seinfeld episode regarding reservations on a rental car
Reminds me of the line about the best thing about Pearson.......

Just hand a note to the receptionist as you walk in with your fee schedule: If the GTAA is more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will charge them $28.25
