Central Mountain Air interview....

Any suggestions on what to be ready for? Trick questions, CPs favorite type of flower etc?

Just cirious, the posting has been up less than 5 hours and they have already called people for interviews?

They probably have a huge pile of resume's to get through from people who have applied in the last 6 months.

They hired not too long ago, but it wasn't a public ad. 2 of my friends got on in their last hiring pool. From what I gather, the interview is the kind you have to prepare for. Lot's of aircraft systems, ifr sbdm, personality tmat questions, theory of flight, and they have to like you as a whole. Seems like the CAPGEN, IPM, ACFT SYSTEMS BY JEPPESEN, and APFM are some good books to use as preparation.

This is all second hand information ! Hopefully somebody who did their recent interviews has more accurate details.

It's good to see the industry moving a bit. What kind of schedules do you guys have over CMA flying the 1900 ?

One question they should ask is...
