When I worked in the US, my company signed us up for www.pilotbrief.com and it was pretty decent for everything you needed.

A lot of the FBOs seemed to have WSI Pilotbrief in the flight planning room as well.

I use it primarily for the PACOTS, but it serves other US ADs as well.

I've used fltplan.com for flight planning. I think it had access to notams but I can't remember for sure.

I checked out the FAA site and I'm getting a "certificate error" message, just curious if anyone else is getting this when they've tried to use the link?

Yeah I get the error too. The company I work for has a subscription for Weathertap, good site for weather and notams but requires a monthly fee.

I use the FAA one BPF linked.

You only have to set your certificates once, and your computer will remember it. Most gov't sites are like that.

You can put in either IATA or ICAO.
