Go-no-go filter
Where can I buy a fuel filter for a barrel pump? Looking for a go-no-go type inline filter for Avgas. All the helicopter guys seem to have one mounted on their pumps, but I can't seem to source them out. Wix, or Facet filter maybe
Re: Go-no-go filter
VELCON.
That's the company name and they have many different types and sizes. Be extremely careful though, some of them can't be used with fuel containing Fuel System Icing Inhibitor(FSII). I can attest personally to the functionality of them. Change em at least every year if not 6 months.
Cheers,
I

Re: Go-no-go filter
AGFT - Aviation Ground Fueling Technologies has a couple of solutions, www.agft.ca
Small compact stainless steel filter housing with replacement cartridge that is qualified to EI-1583 using SAP absorbent media for jet fuel that is not blended with AIA FSII/Prist..
For blended jet fuels we have a small filter housing VF-21SB using a CC-21C two-stage coalescer-separator cartridge.
email info@agft.ca for more information
